Diet and Nutrition Goals

Setting a diet and nutrition goal is an integrated feature within HealtheHuman™. When you track your daily foods it is immediately available within the Goals feature, enabling you to plot your progress as it happens. Create short and long term nutrition goals that work for you. Diet goals can be combined with other goals. For more details on creating health goals in HealtheHuman™, read our Goal Tracking section.

Many of us might have the same health goal, yet we approach them differently. Set them at your own pace, in ways that you know work for you. This feature allows you to easily change your goals as your lifestyle and health change.

  • Calories: Create calorie intake goals for muscle building or weight loss. Just set your target number.
  • Fat: Set total fat goals for any period of time.
  • Saturated Fat: Get your saturated fat to where it should be for better health.
  • Trans Fat: Increase you good fat while getting rid of the bad fat. Goals can help you do both.
  • Cholesterol: Take control of your high cholesterol and see how your diet can get you there faster.
  • Sodium: Watch your sodium and set daily or weekly goals.
  • Carbohydrates: Whether training for a marathon or on the newest low carb diet, you can set your goal to increase or decrease.
  • Sugar: Getting overloaded on sugar? Set daily goals.
  • Dietary Fiber: Set progressive fiber goals.
  • Protein: Set your protein intake to just the right amount.
  • Water: Adjust your water intake goals to be right for you.

Lose Weight or Eat Less Sugar? Okay!

Sometimes you can reach both of these goals while trying to reach only one. However, we don't want people to believe this is only for weight loss plans and goals. Being healthy might mean eating less sugar, or increasing your water intake, or eating less carbs, or all of the above. Make your diet and nutrition goals as simple or complex as you like. We are here to help.
