Setting a diet and nutrition goal is an integrated feature within HealtheHuman™. When you track your daily foods it is immediately available within the Goals feature, enabling you to plot your progress as it happens. Create short and long term nutrition goals that work for you. Many of us might have the same health goal, yet we approach them differently. Set them at your own pace, in ways that you know work for you. This feature allows you to easily change your goals as your lifestyle and health change.
Sometimes you can reach both of these goals while trying to reach only one. However, we don't want people to believe this is only for weight loss plans and goals. Being healthy might mean eating less sugar, or increasing your water intake, or eating less carbs, or all of the above. Make your diet and nutrition goals as simple or complex as you like.
