Food Facts

Many of us are familiar with the nutrition facts label on the foods we buy but we don't walk around with a calculator to see how it all adds up at the end of the day. Our Nutrition Summary provides you with total count by hour or by day. We can help you find where you consume the majority of your calories in a day or highlight certain foods to help you reach your weight loss goals. The Nutrition Summary can also help you pinpoint where you could improve specific areas of your nutrition, such as increase your total protein while having a lower calorie diet.
