If your form of exercise is walking, weight lifting, cycling, yoga or training for a triathlon, it can all be logged in one place, along with your diet, nutrition, and other health activities. Drag-and-drop your exercise to the correct day and it will immediately calculate your daily totals while still providing you with details for each exercise. Additionally, the time filters allow you to set a time of day and quickly add in the exercise for that hour, making it easy to record activities and track your exercise habits. Your daily entry log will show all of your exercises for the day and color codes them by type. Since exercises can be performed individually, within a workout, on a piece of fitness equipment, or even logged by fitness devices, they are color coded so that you can quickly identify the type of exercise. You can always create new workout routines as you find exercises you commonly do together as well as create various combination for different days of the week or target specific muscle groups.
Use the copy and paste feature to quickly add the same exercises from one day to another. We make it easy to fill in your standard exercises throughout the week without having to create and edit each entry. Every copied entry will automatically be added for the same time of day and for the same duration as your original entry. You can also cut and paste entries to correct mistakes.
Filter your daily exercise entries by time or for the entire day. Daily Fitness Totals will update with the correct values to match your hour filter. This lets you quickly see a breakdown for each exercise, by hour of day, or AM vs. PM.
