Exercise Instruction & Tips

All exercises in our database have default settings to act as a guide for performing the exercise. Default settings include duration, quantity, amount, and instructions. Quantity and amount vary depending on the type of exercise. Quantity is often represented by distance or the number of reps, laps, et cetera. Also, quantity and amount may not be logged settings if the exercise is simply tracked by distance. There is a lot of flexibility in our tools and they are capable of handling all types of exercise and workouts.

Custom Exercises

If you can't find your exercise, adding new ones to your list is easy. We'll even help by calculating the estimated caloric and fat burn rates for each exercise. You can set the instructions for the exercise, as well as the default settings, such as time of day, duration, reps, and so much more. Daily Exercise Log

Tracking your daily exercise routines is available to all of our members and can be used as often as you like. When you find an exercise in our database that you want to add to your list of "My Exercises" we will remember it for you. You can set defaults for the exercise of your choice, such as the number of reps, duration, and time of day you usually perform the exercise. All you have to do is drag-and-drop the exercise from your personalized list to the day and it will automatically add it to your daily totals. You only need to update the exercise entry if the settings for that day are different from your defaults. You will immediately see the totals for the day updated in the Daily Totals Summary.
