Genetic Test History
Keep a log of your genetic test results and findings. Associate any procedures, medications, treatments, or health advisors that were involved as a result of the findings. A custom report can be created for your medical record. A detailed notes section can be used to make any important notes about the genetic test findings.
Keep a History of Your Genetic Tests
Genetic Testing is a rapidly expanded part of modern medicine. The Genetic Test History feature in HealtheHuman™ lets you keep track of any genetic test results as a part of your comprehensive, integrated health profile. As genetic testing expands and new genetic conditions are discovered, we will continue to add them to our database of available genetic tests. Log the findings of your test and any details, link them to the health professional that ordered the test, as well as the date and location of the screening. Here are just a few of the genetic tests you can track:
- (AAT) Alpha-1-antitrypsin deficiency
- (ALS) Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis
- (APOE) Alzheimer's disease
- (AT) Ataxia telangiectasia
- (GD) Gaucher's disease
- (BRCA 1 and 2) Inherited breast and ovarian cancer
- (CA) Hereditary nonpolyposis colon cancer
- (CCD) Central Core Disease
- Many other genetic tests
Link Genetic Tests to Related Areas of Your Health History
With the Health Associations feature, you can link any part of your health history to a genetic test. This powerful feature allows you to link together relevant parts of your health history, showing the impact of a genetic test on your overall health.
