  • Goal Start : Specify when you would like to begin your goal. The goal start date can also be set to a past date to review older information.
  • Goal End Date : Goal end dates can be changed as often as you like. If you are seeing real results with your goal, consider extending it to a later date to help stay on track.
  • Goal Status: A goal can be set to active, complete, cancel, or pending.
  • Type of Goal : 3 integrated categories can be used for goal tracking: Diet and Nutrition Goals, Exercise and Fitness Goals, and Tracker Goals.

It can be defined as a value, total, or an average, allowing you to track daily, weekly, or monthly goals as well as average values or an end goal value.
