Body Temperature Tracker

Use the body temperature tracker for monitoring an illness or for a simple basal temperature tracker for reproductive health. Whether you are monitoring an illness for yourself or for a family member, this tracker can be very helpful. Our children or sick infant can't always voice to us how sick they really are, and monitoring for a high fever can be stressful. Some thermometers may only store the last reading, or not at all, preventing us from seeing how it is changing over time. Logging their temperature in the tracker can help identify if their fever is progressively increasing or decreasing. That information can then be shared with your health professional through personalized reports and charting.

  • Time: Record when your body temperature was taken. Your temperature can change throughout the day and our tracker allows you to log it as many times as you like.
  • Temperature: Track your temperature reading from any type of thermometer and from any location on the body. For consistency, the temperature should be taken from the same place on the body for proper comparison.
  • Notes: Make any notes that you would like for each entry in your log. Note how you were feeling or how your child was feeling if you are monitoring it for them.

We also provide other integrated health trackers and a Comprehensive Health Profile feature that can be used to track medication histories, health conditions, procedures, surgeries and other health related background. Daily medication and supplements trackers are also useful when tracking body temperature changes and while fighting an infection.

Basal Body Temperature

Tracking basal body temperature or BBT in a more extensive manner can be done in the Basal Temperature and Ovulation Tracker. The ability to track all aspects of your menstrual cycle and fertility health can be logged as well. Measure body temperature and chart your ovulation cycle all in one tracker.
