Daily Sleep Log & Journal

Chart your sleep problems inside your daily sleep log. Whether you are getting treatment for insomnia from a sleep specialist or just don't seem to be feeling very rested lately, try logging your sleep patterns for more insight. Do you know how much sleep you are getting each week? Do you get better sleep when you go to bed earlier rather than later? Is your new job affecting the quality of your sleep?
